Seveen, hope you're still reading this thread. Your third picture down shows what looks like chunks of fish topped with carrot slivers, all perched on top of a thick huge piece of pate'. Have NEVER seen pate in Jamaica - for the life of me I cannot figure out what that slab is made of. What the heck was it????

It looks like a brick/hot slate to me. If it's Pate, then goodness gracious me, that's a HUGE slice! I also want to know what it actually is.
