Hey, thanks for all of the positive statements...I do realize it was hard to read it..but if I would have paused...I would have ran out of couraga!..and deleted everything!! Next, time.. I will do it better, promise! And also, it will help to post the pictures..which I will...as soon as someone figures out this outdated piece of technology!!~~ Better?~~...I will tell you all that there were a lot of people there that were looking out for us..While we were trying to walk to Ixtabi..(in the dark)..one local that rode his bike by us said.."Switch sides when you are able to." So we did...We had it in our minds to walk against traffic, to see if someone was going to run us over. But when the side you are walking on runs out of a shoulder..switch! ~~Also, when we were leaving the beach the first night and about to walk thru a big area of grass, another guy riding a bike went by me and said.."Put on your slippers." These little things meant a lot to me..I don't care if I looked like a newbie or not!!! .. P.S...My daughter has a degree in English and is currently going for her Masters degree..I didn't share this with her...I know my flaws!...LOL!!!
