Here is additional info to add with Sprat's list. I could not get the drag and drop function to work with the latest version of Internet Explorer. I used Firefox.
When you do add the image, if you only see the funky text and not the thumbnail, click the Editor button on the right hand side. Then you can re-size using the pencil icon. You do not Preview first.

6. Thumbnail Pic comes up
7. Go to left corner - for pencil edit this is the problem I am having. No matter where I hold the cursor over the thumbnail I do not ever get the pencil.
Hmmm maybe I'll try later on the house pc instead of my laptop and see if it works.
8. Image edit comes up - hit large
9. Save
10. Preview
11. Submit
So the enlarging works both ways....

this is so funny I realize now that I can only do it at work with their free wifi internet and not with mine at home! I am at my laptop the same I use at home but i can do it at work but not at home!
