It seems the Beachcomber Club has taken it upon themselves to change the rules of the Contracts signed with the people that purchased Timeshare weeks from them..............The Timeshare people bought these contracts in good Faith from Patrick and Dominique McGann.......We endured the "Adventure" of staying at the BCC and gave them the cash flow to endure the tough times...........Now they changed the weeks available for advance booking...............No booking allowed between Dec 20th and Feb 28th...........Bookings during those weeks would be allowed on a space available basis at a time determined by the management..............These people have absolutely no clue how to run a Resort......
