Beach next to The Spa Retreat

We will be staying at The Spa Retreat next month and as stated on their website they are right off a sandy beach and cliffs : http://www.thespajamaica.com/
Just wondering does anyone happen to be familiar with this location and if the beach is ok relax on? From the looks of the pics on the website it does seem to be- but is never mentioned in any of the reviews. Thanks for any info!

The beach is not like what you would find further down on 7 mile. It is small and a bit rocky, if I remember correctly. We stopped at the bar on the other side of the beach during last year's pub crawl.

We are staying at Spa Retreat in two weeks, so I can look again and let you know!

The Spa is a beautiful property with lots of areas to sunbathe. The beach gives you a good access to the sea and I assume good snorkelling. Enjoy!

We stayed there last year and the place is lovely. The owners are very nice. It is great snorkeling as long as the water is calm. We didn't visit the beach next door but we laid out on there make shift beach. We sat at the bar every sunset with the owner Shane. He treats you like you are part of his family. They are running a great business.
