We really enjoyed the Italian Cafe. Kind of upscale in a Negril kind of way, great appetizers and pizza. We had a lobster pizza, it had huge chunks of perfectly cooked lobster, very thin crust. Will definitely go there again

This was a place we tried for our first time last trip.....can't say enough!! It was great food and very reasonable too. Sat out in the yard. Make sure you ask for a candle under the table--kept away the Mosquitos perfectly!Originally Posted by 2nutz4travel
