Just do acid and read Life magazines from the 50's to create a brain time warp until someone Wakes you up and say "it's time"

Yeah the second one was the worst for sure. Now I don't really get like that. It helps if you procrastinate and leave EVERYTHING to the last minute. then it flys by and your like "damn I wish I had more time to get ready to go" lol

This is pretty much what I do too. If you have everything ready and packed 2 weeks before you leave, the anticipation can be a killer. I like to wait till the last minute. Luckily, the wife starts packing about 2 months before we leave so it usually balances out.

This was my first trip..I am already taking notes for next year..Talking to anyone I know to see if anyone would like to go with me before my next 'official' trip!
