My last trip to Jamaica was my first and the single digit fidget was bad.... but this time it's 10x worse!
I can't even concentrate at work or anything for that matter....

It's worse now because you know what's to come. This will be my 20th trip and it just keeps getting worse. Also, the longer you stay, it's just that much more not enough.

The second trip was the worst. Now it's not so bad. Especially since I have flights and room booked for the trip after this trip.
Yeah the second one was the worst for sure. Now I don't really get like that. It helps if you procrastinate and leave EVERYTHING to the last minute. then it flys by and your like "damn I wish I had more time to get ready to go" lol

This is pretty much what I do too. If you have everything ready and packed 2 weeks before you leave, the anticipation can be a killer. I like to wait till the last minute. Luckily, the wife starts packing about 2 months before we leave so it usually balances out.

Let's see - 23 years later and it's still awful to anticipate. It doesn't get any better, just worse. Driving from MoBay to Negril is wonderful, seeing everything again. Arrival is awesome!
