Email response and seasplash?

Anyone else have to beg for response from them! So frustrated

Ok so maybe no response here means either no one stays there or am I the only one being ignored? Canceled reservations months ago via phone (my mistake) have been told there won't be any charge....bla bla bla but having trouble getting them to say it in writing. Oh and I should say for the first time in 15 years they wanted "confirmation" we were still coming.... WHAT! Numerous phone calls/emails and promises I will get my email! I'm over the politics of this otherwise beautiful property and the employees we loved....loved because new management has let somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 (probably more) employees "go" in the last year for some reason or another. Ok so that's my rant! As Doris Day once sang K Sara Sara ....Rob if I am out of line please let me know (grin)
