Dear Groove16, thanks for the "big up" about working at St. Anthony's Kitchen. You said it was a blast and I am really happy that you enjoyed your time there. Who wouldn't have a blast with Ms. Pearl and her crew. Thanks for taking the time to help out some of our local folks in need. Usually folks get One Gold Star in their heavenly crown for volunteering at the Kitchen. I have it on good authority that you got two--getting in at 2:30 a.m. and heading out to the Kitchen at 6:30 a.m. was quite a sacrifice and earned you double Stars.
