Hello Don & Shelley, If you get a chance to, you can check with Debbie Lighthart, she lives at Moonlight Villa which is next to Blue Cave Castle/Pee wee's. It is her dream to open a animal shelter in Negril. She tries to do a neuter/spay clinic once a month. I was fortunate to be able to participate earlier this year (Feb.)
