I'm with the others...prednisone or a medrol pak...generally works pretty quickly. Good luck and prayers sent. I broke my 5th metatarsal 2 days before one trip...but opted to limp along in Negril since I'd be limping at home anyway. Not the most comfortable trip, but well worth the limp!Still enjoyed it and have no regrets.
