Going to Negril in december and im nervous now about the flying from the UK
Does anybody know any pills or medication (legal) that works that can sedate me for about 6 hrs so i can enjoy my flight.
Been to my GP and she cannot prescribe me with anything she says its not legal because of health and safety ,i have seen loads of pills on the net but dont know if any good . any ideas? did the rum but dehydrates me
Why don't you make yourself a nice, actually edible sub? That should do the trick.

Do you have night nurse where you live. It a natural sleep remedy that you get from pharmacies. Take it for a few days before you go and you will be relaxed and sleepy.
To those who keep recommending rx drugs, the op already said they can't get anything from a doctor. Unfortunately for the op, if you had simply given a different reason for wanting them, your doctor would likely have given you something...
Nyquil or take 2 Advil. I usually take Advil and I feel relaxed and sleep until the the cabin is prepared for landing.
