    I have to agree ~

I also have to agree. Again-not that it should even matter, as one would think common courtesy would prevail, but there are actually members of the board who are friends/have connections with the deceased. Maybe a private message to negrilfan would have been in better taste

I respect your opinions, but can't say I agree. Most folks regard a few days as three (3). Common courtesy and/or politeness isn't for any one person to judge. You believe that I am in the wrong and I don't. I can't say that I am aware of your unwritten rules. Perhaps 4 days, 7 days or maybe 11 1/2? Certainly, a percentage of folks are unaware of the accident. Sorry, if it offended or caused undue distress.

Private message would have precluded Papa Georgies amusing tale and also MikeyNYC's input which I value.

Cliff jumping is a popular topic like: cheapest red stripe, taxi advice, airport transfers.

I never met a Canadian in his twenties that I din't like. I think this a horrible tragedy and would never say something specific about the situation that could be construed as disrespectful or insensitive. Never, never, never! Wish I could have been there to help or prevent this.

I simply became intrigued when I came across a post from negril#1fan about his 30 years of experience on the subject.

That being said it is now okay to "pile-on"...I can take it
