Pushcart is definitely still open...I think they open during the day at 3pm but it might be 4pm....

So theres this little place called chill spot ,blink and you'll miss it, its inbetween Ricks and Seastar. Its on the side of Seastar.
You can get a drink downstairs, and then go upstairs on the roof, where theres table and chair, and sit and people
and traffic watch, kink of fun. Owner is great, and fun to chat with.
