Got to give Allen "Rockstar/Singing Chef" at Treehouse's outdoor lunch grill a shout out for this one. Not sure if it falls into the quick category but he is so entertaining that how ever long it takes, you don't notice. Anything off the grill is gonna be delicious, clearly made with love.
