Last year, we just stopped by and ordered. BTW, it was great!! The bar was open then. Things could have changed but hopefully not.

I stayed at BCC a few years back. Great food at Teddy's Hideaway. Get there before sunset and eat at one of the outdoor tables overlooking the Caribbean. The lobster thermador is off-the-scale good. The entire property has a very chill vibe so don't be afraid to simply inquire on site.
