I have used Vernon, also Island Cruiser and Sparks.
Island Car will deliver to Negril for a fee if you don't want to pick up at the airport.
I do not want to be picked up at airport..thats already covered. Is Island cruiser and sparks based in Negril? if so do they have websites?
They both are. Sparks has no web site, I called (via a recommendation from a friend). Totally legit, even got pulled over once and my papers were in fine order. Call Omar for a quote: 876-312-8351.

Those plus Vernons are the only ones I am aware of in Negril. Island Car (not Cruiser, the big company), and probably some of the other ones with multiple locations, will deliver a car to Negril but that costs about the same as you'll pay for your transfer.
I'm 99.9% sure that Island Cruisers is out of business. In fact I'm looking to buy one but there are only two in Negril. A blue one and a yellow one. Neither are for sale.
