After a much needed visit to her family in California,our Yoga teacher is back and ready to relax,restore and revive you this summer! Join us this Saturday for 2 very special classes at 9:00 and 11:00 am on the water. We anchor the Stand Up Paddleboards for a relaxing class of mostly breathing,gentle stretching and connecting to our universe. Wear your suit and bring a towel. One hour including guided meditation. $20U.S. Guests and non-guest of Negril Treehouse Welcome.
Located near Margaritaville on Norman Manley Blvd (the beach road). Summer class times Tuesday through Saturday 9 am,
additional class times,private classes and groups upon request.
