I can HIGHLY recommend The Polkerris B&B in Mo Bay. Beautiful, secure and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Check out photos and reviews on Tripadvisor.

I'd love to stay at Polkerris but they have a minimum 3 night stay.

El Greco looks good for your needs, Booking.com has a standard room in January for $107 CAD/night...seems pretty reasonable to me, especially if you're fine with 2 double beds and don't require a 2 bedroom (which is higher priced).
