Using water taxi to get around

I usually walk allot on the beach but if I wanted to cover some ground what would be a fair price by water?
Anyone do this rather than use cabs?

Here are some points I would like to know about.

Cosmo's to Margaritaville.
Cosmo's to Office of Nature
Margaritaville to Ricks café

Some ball park fares would be appreciated.

It's going to be a lot cheaper to take a taxi and have not seen a lot of water taxis

Cheapest rate I have paid is $5 a person from beach to beginning of West End, and this was for 7 of us. Usually pay $10 a person to go from Catcha to the beach, usually several people going. I have not tried to barter, this was what I offered and it was accepted. I'm sure head count has some to do with it.

Touring the Negril waters can be a awesome way to see Negril from different side. Seeing the Cliff side and maybe a Dolphin or two can never compare to driving in a taxi...tho less expensive, a SUNBABY BOAT ride can be a great way around.
