Great idea! With the tourist attraction of Jamaica and especially Negril...this is a no-brainer IMHO. Many of the long time travelers are not young. As many of us are getting older, acute care facilities are a big plus. Hopefully, change is gonna come. I pray that it does "soon come"...I can't imagine my life without Jamaica!
