Define budget.... that time of year, lots of properties meet that standard, many of them ON the beach... check out the beach places here on Negril.com; lots of links if you don't already know. There's also a map laying around the web somewhere, last updated in '11, that shows all the places along the beach and the cliffs, as well as some across the road. We'll be staying in April at Negril Palms, and we selected that property as a means of stretching our budget, but also had heard that its a nice place with clean and comfy rooms.
