we can't wait to see Ziggy in Winnipeg next Friday. I love the small, more intimate venues. We have a group of 12 going and it should a blast. I just hope we don't have to stay seated. A few years ago Berres Hammond was at the concert hall and the whole crowd danced all night at their seats. It was amazing.

Ziggy was booked to play in my little neck of the woods two summers ago. He never made it. He got held up at immigration.

I was lucky to see his dad perform live back in the day though. When I think about it now it seems like a dream. Eventually saw Peter Tosh perform live on his own too. Awesome show!

Saw him in Iowa City in '90 or '91 - still one of the best concerts I have ever seen.

Saw him on his Forward to Love tour in June 2012 and again in July for this current tour. Both concerts were awesome. His youngest son came onto the stage to play the drum on Fly Rasta -- very cool to see Bob's spirit and message coming down through the generations.

Looking forward to seeing Ziggy for the second time this year in two weeks! Always puts I
on a great show. Love that he still plays Melody Makers songs and always a few of Bob's songs. And I got to meet Santa after the concert. Yea Mon!

We are seeing Ziggy in Edmonton on the 30th Sept at the Winspear Centre for the Arts. Unfortunately that is a large venue of 2000 and home to the Edmonton Symphony. I wish his booking people would have picked a smaller rambunctious venue where people could have stood / danced etc. as a symphony hall does not lend itself to this. We had a Reggae Fest here a few weeks back in the open air - an amazing riverfront venue was used and bands and singers from JA were in for this. It was great. Now I am trying to get tix at Rockhouse Negril on Nov 4th for the Tarrus Riley performance. Anyone know how these can be ordered online or?

The show Friday in Winnipeg was awesome.

The crowd was into it, the band was into it, and most importantly, Ziggy was into it.

Right from the moment Ziggy walked on stage the energy in the room was unbelievable.

Here is a link to the remaining shows on his tour.

If you get a chance to go, take it. You won't be disappointed
