    ya mon, live also here in Wisconsin, have had a similar barrel for three years now, the winters are tough on it for its starting to rust out on the bottom, having an extra heat shield on the bottom will help dissipate the heat, they sure do taste good and then getting some pimento wood out of Minnesota makes it even better, good job on the barrel though

    If they're galvanized (and probably even if not), make sure to burn them out thoroughly before cooking any food on it, or you could poison yourself.
