actually it is like having a Readers Digest version of your holiday....you are aware it is only for a few days and you adjust accordingly....you will love it anyway.
Maybe if I lived in Florida with a direct short flight I would have a different opinion but......for me, flying from western Canada, the negatives of the actual travel would outweigh the vacation benefits of such a short stay. Having said that....go for it and have fun.
I've done a long weekend --- Arrived Thursday and departed Monday -- I traveled from the Washington, DC area. It was short but still worth it. I spent my 3 full days soaking up the sun on the beach. Those few days were way better then any few days I could have spent at home. Just go and enjoy!
Did a long weekend FriSun for the boardie bash. It was a blur. A fun blur though!
Yes, I'm looking forward to hanging out at Sea Star and will take it from there. No plans for such a short trip and sometimes those are the best plans. I'm looking forward to doing NOTHING. Thanks for all thoughts!
