    Cocolapalm Junior suites

Are there any Junior suites in bad locations? I might be staying there for the first time and would like to be on the 2nd floor, but don't want to spend the extra money if I get a bad location.

All Junior Suites are on the 2nd floor, request for one in the 400 or 500 block.

Yes the ones closer to the beach are preferred.

What's so great about these particular blocks that other locations lack?

The 400 and 500 blocks are closest to the beach, 100 and 200 are either side of the lobby and closest to the road. We stayed in 116 last Christmas, and I think it's probably the worst JS on the property.

If they only have ones near lobby is it worth staying or should I just get a regular room?

It really depends on you, that room wasn't great for reasons other than just the proximity to the road. We stayed on the other side of the lobby in 216 and loved the location, we could sit on the balcony and watch the goings on on the road and accross the street.

Long answer, but I'd take a look at the room 1st and decide if you want to keep it... The JR suites are huge and the balcony is wonderful, but no shade and no cover, so if it's raining you have no shelter. Next trip we've opted for a Superior room because they all have a covered patio...
