That should be so easy to find with those specific directions, I'm not sure about the gluten free bread but they might have it at Hi-lo but your best bet would be Mega-Mart in Mo-bay. and uncooked shrimp/lobster can be had at (fish shop) on the land side of the cliff road somewhere between the Canoe Bar and Mi-yard. I'm running it thru my head like i'm walking it. I have gotten 6 lobsters for 40/ and 10lbs of shrimp for about the same. Also the Hi-lo has great smoked pork chops, and deli bacon on sale some times. And if you are in town the last Wed. of the month might check out the veggie/fruit market on the beach road in the park just past the craft market.
