Thanks! I am spending 10 days the end of oct with my 2 sons who are used to milk with meals. Stayed on the cliffs 7 years ago. Looking forward to first trip to beach. I see that I can find just about all the food needed right from beach vendors. Shamrock sounds like a perfect spot. That is short enough walk where the milk wont get warm till back to room. White sands looks like great spot for redstripes!
