Wow! Xtabi's staff was WRONG! No way of getting around that. I have frequented Xtabi and have never had a bad experience myself and most times I go there I have used a credit card. Since they are a known establishment that accepts credit cards, they should have posted a clear sign and had staff waiting on people state that they were not accepting credit cards due to computer issues. That being said, I read the Trip advisor response from the owner and that was a very lack luster response in regards to what happened.
