I thought this was a really good suggestion and as evidenced by my many calls to him I have tried to talk with him about this. However, when I went to TA and followed the instructions for sending a message it does not work for a manager answering you. You click on the Members name making a review and you can send a message , but not the business person who answers said review, but thanks for the suggestion, you were on the right track.
