The problem is not Jamaica. It is that you are on airplanes with people who are from all over the place.
I was just there and had gone through Miami coming and going. I must say that I was extra aware of people around me and I know others were too.
You have to be more aware since no one seems to have a clue about this and the US insists on just swinging the doors open and saying come on in!
