mangogirl & karigotu, my understanding of why they have the market in Negril is to give the locals a break from store prices, and so they don't have to travel to Sav-la-Mar, so the prices are set at Sav. market prices, some of the vendors still try to charge more, so there is a price board of what everyone should be charging so take a pencil and paper and write down all the things you are interested in buying with the price, of the day so they don't try to overcharge you.

Hello to all, I know the dates of the Farmers Market but I have heard from a couple of locals that they havent been coming toNegril lately due to drought and lack of produce.....so what I need to know is does anyone know for sure if they will been in Negril. For Oct. 29?
