    Club Mobay and TimAir

We have booked both Club Mobay Arrival Service and TimAir. Have not used either for arrival, we did use Club Mobay on departure once. We booked for several reasons.
    1. to try something different
    2. see some thing we have not seen in 20 plus trips
    3. most importantly to save some time and get to the resort quicker.
I have talked with 2 people including Hussyband that said from wheels down on Delta, USAir, Southwest and so on, using both Club Mobay and TimAir that they have made it to Tensing Pen in as little as 45 minutes. This would be Awesome!!

To anyone who has done theses two services together does this sound like what you experienced, I and sure what Greg told me is accurate but wondering if this is the normal average travel time for you also!!

I did Club MoBay on arrival back in April and there was no line at immigration so it didn't save us any time (on a Wednesday, arriving at 11:30am). Just a few weeks ago, I decided not to do Club MoBay as we were trying to save some money. We waited in line for 1.5 hours to get thru immigration (on a Wednesday, arriving at 1pm).

We did TimAir a year or so ago and it was awesome! 12 minutes from MoBay to Negril. Now of course, that is once you are in the air. I didn't time it to see when we got to the hotel, but after you get thru immigration and customs, you have to check in at the TimAir desk. They then walk you over to the arrivals terminal and we had to wait a bit for the plane to come in and be ready for us. Gave us time to get a couple red stripes. You then go thru the security scanner (nothing like going thru the regular security line!) and walk out onto the tarmac. Up in the air and you are back down before you know it! We had a driver waiting for us at the Negril Aerodome to take us to the hotel and grab some necessities.

I wish I had the extra funds to take TimAir every trip!

How much does TimAir or Inter Air charge? Have always wondered about this.

L.T.D. Here are a few pics from one of our TimAir flights. We love it. The pilot and crew went above and beyond. Love Club Mobay also. Highly recommend it.

I feel claustrophobic when we are in those planes with another couple. They always make me sit up front, and frankly the whole thing is not my favorite part of the trip. Since it looks like half the world is going down next Friday, I am doing it anyway.

For those who have been using them for years... Have you noticed the same notes have been taped on the control panel of some of the planes for well over a decade?
