Free admission. Comes with good and bad. No need to harp on the bad. The good being the obvious of come and go as you please. Not entertained, annoyed, not feeling the vibe.......leave. The entertainment has never disappointed myself or group. There are a couple different areas of the venue that have different vibes. The main bar area (bar scene), the hi top tables in the sand (more dancing), The bonfire/beach (the watchers).......Just my observations. Plus the no fenced barrier with the tarps give a true beach bar vibe at night.

I like the "new" BB a lot! I think it is the best night time beach venue. Better than Alfred's Ocean Palace & Roots Bamboo (not including live headliners at Roots). In addition to SandT CHI's input, they have a great DJ and Jamaican dancers, guys & gals - very talented & energetic. I don't see any "bad" at this scene, it is a good mix of locals & tourists. Yes, you have some hustlers, not many higglers, but it is low key. Usually start the evening around midnight at BB & go from there.
Hey Villa Mora, I hear (susu) that there is a new place by you (& Steppa side), Player Sportz Deck. Truly Jamaican place with pool table & excellent vibes.
The new BB is way better. And the bathrooms are now respectable and functioning. I'll be back to BB many times, Roots Bamboo and the hustle is another story.
Bourbon Beach seems to have some kind of magnetic pull, we usually end up there several times a trip, like it or not?

New owners, if I remember correctly, since July of this year and they seem to be doing a decent job...made some minor changes to the decor etc....heard good comments about the shows recently...Maureen the manager from the last ownership is still there!!
I enjoyed it. Went there every night on my last reach. I felt safe, wasn't bothered or hassled. The atmosphere had improved greatly!!
My daughter loved it there so much she asked if she could be a guest bartender one night while we where there. They let her (without pay of course). She said she had a blast she did say she made a good amt. of tips.
