Ras Leon CEO of Jahhiya Travel Service brings on 420 Jamaica Adventure Vacation Feb 2015, Reggae Month.

The 420 - which means "let's light it up with ganja!" is a pot smoking past time started in San Rafael, California in the 60s by San Rafael high school students and locals in the area. It got its genesis from the fact that at 4:20 pm back in those days there was not much policing and police on duty, so from 4:20 - 5:00 pm everyday, the police would do a shift change facilitating students and locals to engage in some ganja smoking since then until now the practice has outgrown its original purpose and accepted by reggae music lovers all over the world.


Negril-based Jahhiya Travel Service operated by Leon 'Ras Leon' Burke will be heightening the travel experience with the introduction of the 420 for his clients who are so inclined plus some added attractions and Transportation from your Resort to special Events for the month of February when Jamaica Celebrate National Reggae Month, and a time when there are all kinds of Bob Marley celebrations and Peter Tosh celebration in Belmont Westmoreland.
"Of course this is not just about smoking ganja, it's about introducing my guests to every cultural aspect of the island, they can visit Trench Town, Bob Marley Museum - I am there to negotiate them safely to whatever attraction they desire," said Burke.


The Jahiya Travel Service was started in .summer of 2011. And since then it has grown into an entity that is the travel of choice for many visitors to the island wanting to explore its attractions.


"It's all about planning your perfect tour of Jamrock, prospective clients can even contact me before actually arriving in the island we implement a schedule of activities for them," said Burke.


According to the proprietor for a visitor the experience should be more than just seeing the sights which is why he is always seeking to add a new dimension to the service he offers.
