2nd time today I have heard about Kennys. MikeyNYC stopped by to say hi today, and he was talking about giving that a go as well. If any boardies are about, stop by and say hello. I've lurked and posted in this board for a while now, and would love to meet more of you.

Do it! You won't be disappointed.

And I hear you about Shark's. The menu availability is hit or miss. One time we went for a Jamaican breakfast and Shark told us he didn't have ackee and saltfish. He pointed to an ackee tree on his property and said, "look - the ackee is not ripe yet." I usually just walk up and ask Shark what he has available that day. The Pan Fried Snapper is amazing and curry anything is always good. A good way to get your wife to warm-up to Shark's is to offer to bring back some take-out to your room for lunch or dinner. Tell her you will surprise her with the selection. I've done that a few times, as my wife can be picky about where we eat.

Also, I would check out Jamaican-Style Restaurant while you are there. It's right past Mirage, going towards the roundabout. Have fun!
