Sea Wind Request if you are in JA

My credit card company cannot confirm that Sea Wind is out of business.
Can anyone take a picture of the facility???
I cannot get a refund until they "see" something official (even their WEBSITE is still taking reservations!!!)
Any assistance, including Gleaner articles, is appreciated.

While not "official" as in an actual eviction notice, this photo shows the main lobby where you check in blocked by a mattress.

I am going back to Sea Wind today and see if any more photos will be allowed to be taken.

There have been some people who took pictures of the property obviously closed - if anyone has taken these pics, please post them here.

Thank you Rob. That sight makes me want to cry.
I will keep waiting for something official to be online or in the paper I guess.
AMAZING to me that TripAdvisor and all of the third party booking sites still have them listed as well.
Hoping all of their good workers are able to find other jobs in Negril....They had some really good folks there.

I am trying to obtain something official, but due to the circumstances, without an official eviction notice I am not sure that much more can be added to the threads here and on TripAdvisor. If a credit card company cannot determine that a property is closed by all these comments on all both these sites, I am not sure what more can be done from our end.

The now unofficial website is controlled by the person at the link below through GoDaddy.com and HostMonster.com and should have been taken down immediately once the eviction was final.

This credit card issue could be resolved immediately if the site was simply taken offline.

Until then, here is the only other picture I was able to take of Shereta's Restaurant showing it completely empty.

Thank you Rob, I do appreciate your efforts. I'm guessing when the SeaWind website is taken down, or they disappear from third party sites, I will get my cc company refund. Someone is still answering their phone and saying "they are remodeling", which is not helping my cause!
