Hello to all that do not have fb I am arranging a boardie meet up,
obviously a lot of us will see each other at the webcasts and around negril randomly but for those that want to get together and have a little holiday celebration I am organising 2 meet ups.
Add your name if you are coming~ everyone is welcome.It is free to attend both venues and both venues have on site swimming pools restaurants and bar.Special boardie tables will be set up

we can also purchase a brick from the buy a brick campaign there.For those that do not know about it onsite right there by the pool you can buy a brick for less than the cost of one drink,paint your name on it then it gets donated to a local school it helps build schools or add extensions that they may need in the community it is a very worthwhile cause.
The pool and jacuzzi area is large and there are loungers and tables by the pool and music is played + there is a bar and restaurant on site.

Both resorts are very pleased to host the parties and have both said they will make it special for us.
Just get your name down if you are coming so the hotels can be properly prepared for numbers.I am VERY excited

For both meet ups the theme is Jamaica!
This means if you wish (NOT compulsory) you can come dressed in any or all of the jamaican flag colours,this is green/gold/black this is just for fun you do not have to do it but it does look great on the photographs

2pm-2.30pm MEET AND GREET Friday the 30th December 2011 @Travellers beach resort Negril - meet and greet -one glass of free rum punch or non alcoholic punch on arrival

2.30-3.30pm
Mingle and swim POOL PARTY! fun and music by the pool.

3.30-4pm PAINT and donate your brick/s!

4pm-Dining time at the special boardie table (hoping to get the exclusive rooftop terrace)


5pm- Gather for sunset ,watch the sun go down and photographs and our final drinks ( sun sets around 5.30 in December)

5.30pm- 6pm Say our goodbyes


I really want a singer to come perhaps to sing at the time we are all painting our bricks or for on the terrace while we are dining or watching the sun go down.
This would have to be a singer who is on island and just wants to join in the fun and supports the cause of the buy a brick campaign as I can't afford to pay him/her!

Even just one song would be great.If anyone has a contact they can arrange to do this please let me know that would be rather awesome!
I notice a lot of Jamaican singers do support the buy a brick campaign at travellers beach resort so maybe someone would be happy to do it.Let me know

For the party guests with their names down there will be free rum punch on arrival or non alcoholic beverage
and a buffet will be set out especially for us with perfect sunset viewing/photo taking opportunity.(The rooftop terrace tbc)
The buffet will consist of two meats and assorted side dishes and the cost will be $1100ja that is per adult included in that fee is your food, your free drink and 2 singers from Rising stars tv programme and poolside dj! Stay tuned for more news.It is not compulsory that you dine but it was part of the deal to get the free rum punchso I am hoping most people will dine.(You know I love rum!) It will definately be worth it, A fun day out and for a great cause and a great party link up! I don't associate myself with half hearted naff parties!
