We flew in last year on Christmas Day - Mega Mart was NOT open. We made due with our duty free purchases and juice from the beach until we could get to the store. We didn't try to find anything open in Negril. I can tell you that Best in the West was open
lots of places are open in Negril on xmas day. its the next day, Boxing Day when everything closes.
Shamrock (across from Grand Pineapple) is open Christmas and Boxing day. They will have most everything you need.
