Like everybody says bigger supermarkets usually have the best deals. So if you are driving a rental buy a case in Sav or MoBay, etc... Best prices I have found were in a large S-market in Kingston. Not sure who in Negril has best deal.
I used to bring a Colman Cooler with me to JA loaded with stuff as one of my checked baggage. Would fill it with ice and always have cold ones on hand. Used to save a ton on my bar bills. Brought a blender too and bought Bananas, Pineapple, Mangos, Papayas.
