St Anthony's Soup Kitchen

Hi Everyone,

I lurk on this board a lot, and my wife and I are coming to Negril for the seventh time at the end of next week (Dec 12).

I did a search but I haven't been able to find the exact post... it was a while back but I believe Fadder Jim posted on here about durable goods such as knives and/or food processors that the soup kitchen could use.

I just wanted to ask again to see what items the kitchen currently could use, and see if I could fill some of those needs.

Since I get up early, I think I will try to get to the kitchen a few mornings.. In college I worked as a prep cook for years to make ends meet. I'd like to see if I still have what it takes, and see if I can help out some.

Nice Spliff! You may be able to go to his profile and PM him. If not, I have no doubt that whatever you choose to bring can be used. I have no doubt your skills will serve you well. Nothing better than giving of one's self! Arriving on the 14th, hopefully we may meet! Merry Christmas in advance!

I agree with Yetta.........the ladies at St. Anthony's appreciate anything they receive........time, talent, and kitchen items........I always spend a couple of days helping and I receive more than I give!
