    Black River?

I realize this is the "Negril" forum, but thought I'd get more responses here....Does anyone know the name of the commercial tour operators that do the "Black River Safari" tours? I thought it was something like " J Stalley Adventures" but can't find any reference to that name anywhere. When we took the tour, we got to discussing freshwater fishing in the Black River, and it seemed like something I'd be interested in trying myself, but have no way of getting more information at this point. Can anyone offer some assistance?

Out of 29 options, 28 will likely tailor your needs exactly as you wish, Knutford Express the only exception. Email several of them and tell them exactly what you want to do and look for the responses. Nothing adds more value than a great driver IMHO.

Thanks Booger, but honestly wasn't seeking a driver, but rather would like to make direct contact with the safari operators. Its not getting to Black River that's an issue, but rather who to talk to once there. I really regret not taking a pic of the warehouse -type building housing the safari business, as the name was prominently painted across the building. All I can say definitively was it was a tan warehouse type building, the boats were the pontoon type, and our boat driver was younger guy named "Tyree".

    Hey Troublemaker_420

Try reaching Captain Raymond Moxam AKA TALLA out of Treasure Beach, I believe he does Black River Tours and if fishing is your interest he can set you up.

I believe you can get in touch with him through Kory South owner of Sunset Resort and Villa's.

Appreciate the info....Rob pointed me in the direction of the company I was originally talking about, but may also try reaching Talla if the fishing trip becomes a reality
