To download pics to post, choose "go advanced" then look for an icon that looks like a picture frame, just to the left of the little blue icon that looks like a small strip of movie film...click on the picture frame...a box will pop up...click on "from computer". Click on "choose file", then "from photo library"...choose your photo then click upload photo, it will attach to your message and you are done you can check it by clicking on "preview post".
