Free Shuttle?

I had found on the following link: http://negril-jamaica-videos.com/economizing.html that there is shuttle that runs for free? Anyone have a little more insight into this? Is it correct?

Per the site:
"Negril provides a free shuttle bus every 2 hours which traverses One Love Drive from the 7 - mile beach al the way to the lighthouse in the cliffs. This bus may be flagged down all along that 14 mile route by tourists and locals. It's purpose is to pull 7 mile beach resort patrons up into the cliffs to increase the tourist trade there. It is the cheapest form of transportation other than walking because just like walking, it is free."

I've never seen it, and based on other information on the page, I would say it is really outdated. Some of the rates of exchange lead me to believe that page is well over 5-7 years old (it uses an exchange rate of JMD to US of about 75:1)

That shuttle never made it past the planning stages. I am not sure why they posted it as something that actually existed. It never did. But the "shuttle" plan morphed into the One Love Bus Pub Crawl - which is a Negril "must do"!
