Finally, this weekend my cc company called to say they are refunding our deposit (yeah!!!).
Sea Wind's bank has told my Cc company they are bankrupt. No idea if this is accurate, but it bodes well hot a refund.
If you have deposit $$ with them, it's time to file a claim with your cc company.
I guess this is why we pay annual fees.......
