Way up Fire Station Road, past the water town, long way past the last blacktop.

Yes that's the place! We came across it while wandering the hills. About ten of us. Safety in numbers? No one there but the watchman and a rasta lady as I remember it. They let us go all the way to the top. Quite a view.
