Bar-B-Barn rooms

Just booked our return trip for late April and we are considering trying the Bar-b-Barn. My husband is a smoker so we like rooms that have a balcony or a little chair out front. I can't find much on the various room types offered by Bar-b-barn but are there balconies or chairs outside the rooms?

there are balconys and chairs on the upstairs room, but it is shared with the other room on the second floor....chairs on the porch on the downstairs room, but it is also shared with one other room....should be some pics on my trip report from last april...2013...

rooms one to 9 have separate little porches with two chairs and a little table. those rooms run from the office towards the ocean and face the lane between barry's and mom's. although it's full of foliage and you can't really see into the property from the lane. i stayed in 9 and a friend stayed in 9. lower rooms are less noisy . . .

We are coming with another couple so I guess we should request rooms adjoining?

i do sit outside my room - but the bar has the best seats in town

i think the rooms with the queen/king beds are the best - #120 and #121 - may hear a bit of bourbon beach music - hey it'll be free

the rooms wont be adjoining, but you will share the porch....so facing the rooms, one room on left, one on the right with a shared porch up top and same set up down below...
