I toured the construction back in October. Yes, the new third floor honeymoon suite has a great balcony and view, but IMO, priced way too high. I recently read somewhere that the Honeymoon suite would be $1000 a night (I was told $500 in low season). There is a soaking tub on the balcony, plus a hot tub inside the bathroom. I don't understand why someone visiting Jamaica would want a hot tub in the room when it has zero view of the outside, but that's just my opinion.

The other third floor rooms with balconies are not oceanfront; they face the rest of the property. You'd have to walk out and look to your left to see the beach.

I believe the second floor oceanfront have balconies and the ground floor rooms just have the patio area like previously. I am anxious to see photos of the completed rooms - we will be there in May.
