rooms one to 9 have separate little porches with two chairs and a little table. those rooms run from the office towards the ocean and face the lane between barry's and mom's. although it's full of foliage and you can't really see into the property from the lane. i stayed in 9 and a friend stayed in 9. lower rooms are less noisy . . .
